Organic food should be paired with organic wine. Olmstead Wine Co. helps us curate the perfect wine wall for all to try, taste, and enjoy. We try to buy organic wine, as well as naturally made wine.
what is 'natural' wine?
natural wine is made the way it used to be with organic and/or biodynamic grapes, with little to no additives. It is also often unfiltered and made by real farmers and artisans with low-intervention farming practices.
plenty of research shows that organic or naturally made wine has more antioxidants and has no synthetic chemicals or excessive sulfites
it is also rich in healthy bacteria due to the natural fermentation process!
